Pro Mach Divisions: Currie by Brenton & Orion Packaging

This integrated combo system was designed and manufactured for a milk and cream producer. The system included (2) high level infeed conventional palletizers, full pallet conveyors, and a stretch wrapper for crates and cases. The Currie by Brenton palletizers formed 6 different pack patterns for a 6 gallon box, half-gallon box, 4 gallon box, 9 half-gallon box, and (2) different sized 5 gallon boxes.

Key benefits for the customer:

1. The process was simplified by purchasing system components from one supplier as there was only one point of contact.
2. The customer limited their risk since integration and testing of the entire palletizer, pallet conveyor, and stretch wrapper was completed in the Brenton factory prior to installation.
